Sod, grass, turf, lawn, yard, people call it many names. Whatever you want to call it, we've got it! We carry all types of sod from sun or shade varieties to native or manicured types. Our sod is brought in daily, to order , fresh from from the sod farms. You can pick up sod at our yard in Leander, or we can deliver any amount you need.

Availability: All pallets cover 450 Sq. Ft.( 50 Sq. Yds.)

St. Augustine- Good shade tolerance, less drought tolerant,  popular type of sod, also called "carpet grass"

Bermuda- Multiple varieties available including Tifway 419, Celebration, Common, good drought tolerance, excellent wearability, requires full sun

Zoysia- Wide and thin blade varieties available, nicest for play area, grows slowly, drought tolerant

Soil note: We recommend a minimum of 4-6 inches of soil (existing or added) for sod- especially in sunny areas. See our soils page for more about our soil mixes.
